Presence. Purpose. Impact.

Workshops, retreats, and trainings that cultivate presence, strengthen leadership, and reconnect purpose with practice across organizations, campuses, and classrooms.

Meet Mariana

  • For over two decades, I’ve supported professionals and mission-driven organizations through work that restores clarity, strengthens leadership, and reconnects us to what truly matters.

With advanced degrees in education and leadership, along with specialized training in mindfulness, wellness, and organizational development, I’ve designed and led programs across Ivy League universities, liberal arts colleges, public school districts, nonprofits, and global communities.

My work blends soulful strategy with reflective facilitation and embodied leadership. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level advice. I create space for meaningful, lasting transformation through approaches that are relational, intentional, and rooted in real-world experience.

This path is personal. I come to this work not only as an educator and facilitator, but as someone who values purpose, integrity, and thoughtful connection. I’ve spent years refining how I lead and live, guided by cultural insight, experience, and a commitment to work that makes a difference.

I practice soul-aligned leadership. Rooted in presence, purpose, and impact.

I offer in-person and virtual programs across the U.S. and beyond, with home bases in Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. My work is available in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of diverse communities.
